Unlike the original OneTen, two tungsten balancers are fixed at each end, one near the belly and the other at the tail. This decentralized balancer system allows responsive actions, and when stopped, Silent Riser rises upward with its head up like escaping from a predator. With a strong jerk, Silent Riser darts and slides dynamically but with no sound. This gap between quiet and dynamic triggers reaction bites under tough conditions. Installed with Neon-Core reflective plate, Silent Riser performs fast-pitch rolling actions which maximize reflection with straight retrieve. No other lure, but Silent Riser can put monster bass into feeding mode under high pressure condition.
